The Flexx was created to be more than a workout. It’s a destination for total wellness that brings together recovery and community — so you’re stronger in the studio, recover your best off it.

We believe strength is more than physical. It’s how you move through life. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

BUILT FROM PASSION. DESIGNED FOR YOU.

MEET HOLLY

The Flexx was created from lived experience — from years of pushing hard, showing up for others, and learning firsthand that strength requires recovery just as much as effort. After years of lifting, coaching, and staying active, I began to feel the effects of burnout in my own body. I found myself driving 45 minutes to an hour just to access recovery tools and low-impact movement that helped me feel strong again. The time commitment alone made it clear: our community needed something closer to home.

Having worked multiple jobs while raising my son, I understand the demands of balancing family, work, and personal wellness. For over 15 years, I’ve taught swim lessons and spent more than a decade coaching volleyball, all while staying deeply connected to sports and fitness. Watching my son grow through athletics has reinforced what I’ve always believed — recovery isn’t optional; it’s essential for longevity, confidence, and overall well-being.

The idea for The Flexx came from a desire to create the space I wished existed — one that allows people to slow down, care for their bodies, and find balance without leaving town. Wellness should feel rejuvenating, not like another stressful appointment. Recovery isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity that our bodies crave, even when life gets busy. My hope is that everyone who walks into The Flexx feels an immediate sense of calm — grounded, supported, and completely free from judgment. Whether someone comes in for movement or recovery, they are part of this community. The Flexx was built to help people move with intention, recover with ease, and create sustainable strength for everyday life.
