STUDIO POLICY

STUDIO POLICIES

To provide the best possible experience for every guest, we ask that all members and clients who book a class or recovery session review and adhere to all FLEXX policies. Policies are subject to change at any time and will be updated as needed to best serve our members and guests.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class or recovery session. Classes and recovery sessions begin promptly at their scheduled time. We provide first-time clients with a walkthrough and rundown of what to expect during their time at The FLEXX.

Guests arriving more than 5 minutes after the start of the class may not be permitted to participate to ensure the safety and experience of all participants. If you are running late for a recovery session, your session will still end at its originally scheduled time to avoid impacting the next guests. No refunds or credits will be issued for shortened sessions due to late arrival.

4-HOUR LATE CANCELLATION

If you are unable to attend your class or session, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with more than 4 hours’ notice will not incur a penalty. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled time will be considered a late cancellation and will result in a $10 fee. The loss of a class or session will not occur with a cancellation.

NO SHOW

THE FLEXX enforces a strict no-show policy. If the client does not attend a scheduled class or session without canceling in advance, or shows up more than 5 minutes after the start time of their class, it will result in a $20 fee and the forfeiture of the booked class or session. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions at THE FLEXX.

INSTRUCTOR CHANGE

Our instructors may change on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances. While we do not anticipate this happening, emergencies occur. We reserve the right to substitute instructors without notice in order to stay on schedule and not disrupt our class schedule. Instructor changes do not qualify for refunds or complimentary credits based on instructor preference.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Memberships may be canceled by providing a 30 day written notice prior to your next billing date. You must send this written request to us at info@theflexxstudio.com.

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and are non-refundable.

Any outstanding balances must be paid before cancellation is finalized.

Membership benefits remain active through the end of the paid billing period.

If a membership needs to be canceled immediately, this may be done for a $99 fee.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE

Members may request to freeze their membership when life requires a temporary pause. You can freeze your membership for $20 per month instead of your membership rate and may be frozen for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 60 days. Freeze requests must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the requested freeze date.

Membership billing will resume automatically at the conclusion of the freeze date.

Memberships cannot be frozen retroactively. No more than 2 freezes can be used in 1 calendar year.
